What is Codex?

Codex is an AI reliability platform designed to continuously improve the accuracy and reliability of RAG responses and Agentic systems by detecting and resolving issues like knowledge gaps, missed context retrieval, and hallucinations. Bad responses are routed to SMEs where they are grouped and prioritized so that the queries failing most often are resolved first. Resolved answers are cached, enabling accurate responses for similar future queries, continuously increasing the accuracy of RAG systems while minimizing SME effort.
